If we both agree that Ascent Patient Advocates can help, we’ll collect payment and schedule one of the following:
1-2 hour Intake Consultation: Discuss your situation, health, and goals. We will present a proposed care plan with services, and an estimated costs of services. Usually 1-2 visits.
60-Minute Personal Advocacy Session: Discuss a specific health situation or condition and get your questions answered. Learn tips on how to effectively advocate for yourself or another person.
Both options include personalized support for your unique situation.

We’re here to support you whenever you need us! If you need additional advocacy, schedule another 60-minute personal advocacy session anytime or a detailed 1-2 hour intake consultation if you want Ascent Patient Advocates to be your health advocate.

You’ll receive an Advocacy Services Assessment and Estimate including client goals, services, estimated time required, and costs of services.
Service type options include one-time, short-term, long-term, or as-needed services.
Fees are charged hourly, flat fee, or on a care plan basis, depending on the type of service.
Periodically, we’ll review the care plan together and make any necessary adjustments.
If you decide to move forward with Ascent Patient Advocates as your health advocate, we’ll sign the contract, collect prepayment, then begin working on your care plan and list of services.
You will receive a monthly invoice outlining services and fees.
We’ll connect via your preferred method of communication regularly.

Currently, patient advocacy services are not covered by insurance plans.
Clients or responsible parties must pay for our services out of pocket, as specified in the signed contract.

A 20-minute phone consultation is offered at no charge to discuss your needs and explore how I can help. Pricing for services varies based on individual requirements. Please feel free to call for more details so we can provide personalized information.
Our loyalty remains with the client, even if a third party covers the cost of services.
